DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Guided Mindful Hike! \nJoin certified meditation and mindfulness teacher and Wisconsin Master Naturalist Kelly Gillespie for a guided mindful hike designed to cultivate mindfulness\, reduce stress\, and enhance overall well-being. Park at Camp Interstate and we will meet at the Silverbrook Trailhead. \nThe hike includes a brief meditation and simple mindfulness practices to help you strengthen your ability to stay present. \nBring a small blanket\, mat or towel to sit on and some water. Ages 10 and up are welcome.
