DESCRIPTION:Hike the Echo Canyon and River Bluff trails to experience both lush terrain and stunning river views. Look for unique mushrooms\, lichen\, and moss in the canyon\, then climb up for panoramic views of the St. Croix River. The park naturalist will be roaming the trails to answer questions or discuss the areas rich biology\, history\, and geology. Dress appropriately for weather and bugs. Expect uneven terrain. DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\n\n \nJoin Botanist\, Barb Delaney for a spring hike at Straight Lake State Park!\nBarb is a retired botanist who specializes in the native and rare plants of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Barb will lead us on a casual hike on the trails and help us identify the spring ephemerals currently in bloom. Meet at Straight Lake State Park main parking area at 2700 120th Street\, Luck\, WI. \nPlease dress for the weather\, including rain gear if needed. These hikes will only be called off if severe weather is imminent. A valid Wisconsin State Park Pass is required.\n\n\n\n
