DESCRIPTION:Join Us for a Guided Mindful Hike\nJoin certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher and Wisconsin Master Naturalist\, Kelly Gillespie for a guided mindful hike designed to cultivate\, reduce stress\, and enhance overall well-being. \n\nThis hike includes a brief meditation and simple mindfulness practices to help you strengthen your ability to stay present.\nKelly will share fascinating insights into the powerful mental and physical benefits of spending time in nature.\nThis welcoming hike offers an opportunity to slow down\, breathe deeply\, and connect with yourself\, others\, and the natural world.\n\nPlease park at Camp Interstate and walk up to the group camp area. We will meet up at the Silverbrook Trailhead. \n\nAges 10 and up are welcome.\nBring water and a small blanket\, mat or towel to sit on.
