Nature Storytime enjoyed the beautiful fall day, soaking up the warm sunshine and exploring nature together. Today the kids (and their parents!) spent time learning about the marsh along Silverbrook Trail. During their explorations they found fungus and the target of their search – goldenrod galls (see more below)! Next Friday we are studying more about galls and cocoons. How do they grow? What do they do? And, where are they found?
